[R] R and windows server memory limit

This is a 32-bit version of R, I assume, hence you should get only 2Gb
per R instance.
If your server is running a 64-bit Windows, you may want to try R-2.11.1
64-bit or even better try R-devel (its Windows binaries are bi-arch
32-bit and 64-bit) and let us know about bugs.
