Hi folks,
OS Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit
On starting R following line is displayed;
.......
[Previously saved workspace restored]
On terminal;
$ locate .RData
/home/userA/.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/badorder.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/bristle3.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/bristleX.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/fake.4way.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/fake.bc.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/fake.f2.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/hyper.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/listeria.RData
/usr/lib/R/site-library/qtl/data/map10.RData
Whether after running;
$ rm /home/userA/.RData
The abovementioned line will not popup again on starting R?
I suppose .RData remember all data input on R. Whether after deleting .RData
all memory on data input will be removed? TIA
Furthermore can I run following command on R?
> rm /home/userA/.RData
?
B.R.
