Not fully tested, but here is one possibility:

CH DAY SLOPE
1 3 4 0.2
2 4 4 0.3
3 5 4 0.4
4 3 4 0.5
5 4 4 0.6
6 5 5 0.2
7 3 5 0.1
8 4 5 0.0
9 5 5 -0.1

CH DAY SLOPE
1 3 4 0.2
2 4 4 0.3
3 5 4 0.4
4 3 4 0.5
5 4 4 0.6
7 3 5 0.1
8 4 5 0.0
