[R] Regression Error Characteristic Curves

Hi,
i'm searching for an R library able to calculate the Regression Error
Characteristic Curves
as explained in:

In other words a ROC curve done for regression model performance.

Moreover I'm seeking for free on line material concerning the use of
"earth" library able to explain with simple example all the tuning
parameter settings.
