[R] Can't load "doSMP" from REvolutionR in regular R2.11.0

Thanks, David! I forgot to check that email...
I have built the revoIPC using R2.11.0 and it seemed there were no error messages. I can load doSMP now, but haven't tested it yet.
I'll send you the file offline, so you can also test it.
