[R] warning message cran

No, as you may have noted form many messages on R-help / R-devel, the 
CRAN master is down today.

Your R tries to get a recent list of mirrors from CRAN master and after 
that runs in a timeout, you get the list shipped with R and select a 
mirror, hence just ignore it.
