[R] Manipulate directory-help

Try this:

sourceDir <- "C:\\temp\\"
destDir <- "C:\\new\\new"

if(is.na(file.info(destDir)$isdir))
	dir.create(destDir, recursive = TRUE)

file.copy(dir(sourceDir, full.names = TRUE), destDir)
