on Nonnegative Trigonometric Sums (NNTS). Functions for calculation
of densities and distributions, the estimation of parameters,
plotting and more
* expsmooth (2.00)
Rob J Hyndman
http://crantastic.org/packages/expsmooth
Data sets from the book "Forecasting with exponential smoothing: the
state space approach" by Hyndman, Koehler, Ord and Snyder (Springer,
2008).
* farmR (1.0)
Ira R. Cooke
http://crantastic.org/packages/farmR
A mixed integer description of an arable farm. Finds optimal farming
plans given economic and social preference information.
* fds (1.0)
Han Lin Shang
http://crantastic.org/packages/fds
Functional data sets
* fma (2.00)
Rob J Hyndman
http://crantastic.org/packages/fma
All data sets from "Forecasting: methods and applications" by
Makridakis, Wheelwright & Hyndman (Wiley, 3rd ed., 1998).
* forecast (2.00)
Rob J Hyndman
http://crantastic.org/packages/forecast
Methods and tools for displaying and analysing univariate time series
forecasts including exponential smoothing via state space models and
automatic ARIMA modelling.
* ftsa (1.0)
Han Lin Shang
http://crantastic.org/packages/ftsa
Functions for functional time series
* gamm4 (0.0-1)
Simon Wood
http://crantastic.org/packages/gamm4
Fit generalized additive mixed models via a version of mgcv's gamm
function, using lme4 for estimation via Fabian Scheipl's trick.
* Geneclust (1.0.0)
Sophie Ancelet
http://crantastic.org/packages/Geneclust
Simulation and analysis of spatial structure of population genetics
data
* marelacTeaching (1.0)
Karline Soetaert
http://crantastic.org/packages/marelacTeaching
Datasets and tutorials for use in the MArine, Riverine, Estuarine,
LAcustrine and Coastal sciences
* maticce (0.9-2)
Andrew Hipp
http://crantastic.org/packages/maticce
Tools for an information-theoretic approach to estimating the
probability of continuous character transitions on phylogenetic
trees
* Mcomp (2.00)
Rob J Hyndman
http://crantastic.org/packages/Mcomp
The 1001 time series from the M-competition (Makridakis et al. 1982)
and the 3003 time series from the IJF-M3 competition (Makridakis and
Hibon, 2000).
* MLCM (0.0-1)
Ken Knoblauch
http://crantastic.org/packages/MLCM
Conjoint measurement is a psychophysical procedure in which stimulus
pairs are presented that vary along n > 2 dimensions and the
observer is required to compare the stimuli along one of them. This
package contains functions to estimate the contribution of the n
scales to the judgment by a maximum likelihood method under several
hypotheses of how the perceptual dimensions interact.
* rms (2.0-2)
Frank E Harrell Jr
http://crantastic.org/packages/rms
Regression modeling, testing, estimation, validation, graphics,
prediction, and typesetting by storing enhanced model design
attributes in the fit. rms is a collection of about 180 functions
that assist and streamline modeling, especially for biostatistical
and epidemiologic applications. It also contains new functions for
binary and ordinal logistic regression models and the Buckley-James
multiple regression model for right-censored responses, and
implements penalized maximum likelihood estimation for logistic and
ordinary linear models. rms works with almost any regression model,
but it was especially written to work with binary or ordinal
logistic regression, Cox regression, accelerated failure time
models, ordinary linear models, the Buckley-James model, generalized
least squares for serially or spatially correlated observations,
generalized linear models, and quantile regression.
* RPMM (1.0)
E. Andres Houseman
http://crantastic.org/packages/RPMM
Recursively Partitioned Mixture Model for Beta and Gaussian Mixtures.
This is a model-based clustering algorithm that returns a hierarchy
of classes, similar to hierarchical clustering, but also similar to
finite mixture models.
* sos (1.1-3)
Spencer Graves
http://crantastic.org/packages/sos
R related Search Engines
* tikzDevice (0.4.7)
The tikzDevice team:
http://crantastic.org/packages/tikzDevice
The TikZ device enables LaTeX-ready output from R graphics functions.
This is done by producing code that can be understood by the TikZ
graphics language. All text in a graphic output with the tikz()
function will can be typeset by LaTeX and therefore will match
whatever fonts are currently used in the document. This also means
that LaTeX mathematics can be typeset directly into labels and
annotations! Graphics produced this way can also be annotated with
custom TikZ commands.
* tm.plugin.mail (0.0-1)
Ingo Feinerer
http://crantastic.org/packages/tm-plugin-mail
A plug-in for the tm text mining framework providing mail handling
functionality.
