Use library(agricolae)
LSD.test(), It is necessary to aov()
comparison <- LSD.test(yield,virus,df,MSerror,group=F)
Comparison between treatments means

Means with the same letter are not significantly different.

any way or package to perform LSD test in R such as H0: A=B. H0, A=C and H0
