[R] Transparency and pyramid.plot

Works for me just by specifying colors with some alpha value as in:


pyramid.plot(matrix(1:30, ncol=3), matrix(1:30, ncol=3), labels=1:10, 
xycol = c(rgb(0,0,0,0.3), rgb(1,0,0,0.3), rgb(0,1,0,0.3)))

par(new=TRUE)

pyramid.plot(matrix(1:30, ncol=3), matrix(1:30, ncol=3), labels=1:10, 
xycol = c(rgb(0,0,0,0.3), rgb(1,0,0,0.3), rgb(0,1,0,0.3)))
