[R] radial.plot(plotrix) - plotting multiple polygons?

Dear List, Dear Jim,

is it possible to draw multiple polygons with different line types? 
lty=c or line.lty=c do not work with radial.plot (in the matrix case) as 
well as add=TRUE.
