[R] lm coefficients output confusing

Sorry for the late reply - thank you very much for your reply, it's much
appreciated. I think you make a very valid point, I'm capable in R to a
reasonable extent, but i am indeed unfamiliar with regression analyses but
i'm certainly learning fast.

Your reply has been very helpful in my further understanding of R and lm()
in R. I really appreciate your time,
