[R] duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed

You have used A.4 and A.9 twice.
Look at
> nam
# or
> duplicated(nam)

duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed
In addition: Warning message:
non-unique values when setting 'row.names': *ÇÿA.4*ÇÖ, *ÇÿA.9*ÇÖ
