[R] R and .net/C#

   To the best of my knowledge, there isn't at the moment.  The latest release
   of MATLAB does though, so in the spirit of competitiveness, we really ought
   to include this feature in R.  (With support for Mono, for the Linux users
   too, while I'm making requests.)

   Does anyone have any idea how much effort it would take to implement this
   feature?
