[R] Make plots with GNUplot. Have anyone tried that?

Take a look at "Non-standard fonts in PostScript and PDF graphics" in
http://cran.r-project.org/doc/Rnews/Rnews_2006-2.pdf, plus
http://www.stat.auckland.ac.nz/~paul/R/CM/CMR.html

These describe one way to use LaTeX fonts in R plots.
