[R] Need to run R on Fedora 9.

Why not say (as root)
yum install R
?

Worked for me.  The point is that there is now a Fedora rpm for R.

You can also say
yum list R\*
which lists other packages you might want.  Some of these are just R
packages, which you can also install from R itself.
