[R] Connecting R to PostgreSQL on Windows.

Hi All,

It took me 30minutes to connect GNU R on Windows XP to a PostgreSQL database running on the same machine and then generate the first graphics.  

I've taken screenshots of all the steps and documented them here:

Thanks for making it easy to do it.  The help files within GNU R are excellent quality.
