[R] Is there way to multiple plots on gap.plot?

yeah, just use points

 gap.plot(twogrp,gap=c(8,12),xlab="Index",ylab="Group values",
  main="Plot gap on Y axis",col=gpcol)
points(twogrp2, pch=20, cex=1.2, col=gpcol)
