[R] error with .dll file and RGtk2

Unless your OS if Win2000 (and you didn't say), you should get a popup
that tells you more.
But to use RGtk2, you need to install the Win32 RGtk2 runtime *and have it
in your path*. See http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/. Most likely you
haven't done that successfully.
And the posting guide asked you to update your R *before* posting, so
please do so now.
