[R] Problem with loading library-ks

Please see the posting guide.  Most likely you are using a long-obsolete 
version of R.  You were asked to update to the current R (R 2.7.1) 
*before* posting.

Those messages indicate that you are using R < 2.6.0. If that is not the 
case, you have something badly wrong with your installation.
