RSiteSearch("{analysis of covariance}", restrict="function")
would be a good way to identify possible functions. Among other
things, this points to lm() in the stats package.
Also, you might look at some of the contributed R documentation
(http://cran.r-project.org/other-docs.html) for examples of analysis of
covariance. “Practical Regression and Anova using R” by Julian Faraway
has a chapter on the topic.
