Its the target for the link to the TaskViews from
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/index.html (which was reached
itself by following the "packages" link at
http://cran.r-project.org/).

Google does know about http://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Views/
but that simply redirects to the current location.

Its a tangled web out there!
