[R] rgl build warnings and loading error on Linux

   Note that @env{TMPDIR} will be used to execute @command{configure}
   scripts when installing packages, so if @code{/tmp} has been mounted as
   @samp{noexec}, @env{TMPDIR} needs to be set to a directory from which
   execution is allowed.

I suggest you talk to an expert about that.
