Incidentally, I made some fixups for 2.7.0 in pairwise.t.test and less 
extensive ly in pairwise.wilcox.test, preventing pool.SD and paired from 
being simultaneously TRUE and hopefully improving the documentation.

2.7.0 is going into feature freeze (beta stage) tomorrow, by the way. 
You might all want to go and test it, so that we can make it as bug-free 
as possible.
