```look at ?summary.lm(), and specifically at the `Value' section, e.g.,
try this:

lmFit <- lm(weight ~ group - 1)
summ.lmFit <- summary(lmFit)
summ.lmFit\$coefficients
summ.lmFit\$r.squared
