[R] Lines in dotchart & dotplot ?

Yes (sort of) in dotplot at least. E.g.,

dotplot(VADeaths, groups = FALSE, type = c("p", "h"))
dotplot(VADeaths, groups = FALSE, type = c("p", "h"), origin = 0)
