[R] how to install rattle() in R-GUI2.5.1

[Prof Brian Ripley]

1) What is R-GUI?  And what is R-GUI2.4.4?

2) In R 2.5.1 under Windows this works if you choose a properly populated 
CRAN mirror.  I think http://cran.au.r-project.org has access problems.
