[R] when i run ./configure,i meet a problem

In principle:

* Use R-devel not R-help
* Read the Installation and Administration manual (sec.2.2)

However, the gist is that you are missing the "makeinfo" program, so
either install it (usually, it is part of the texinfo package) or live
without manuals in those formats...
