[R] New user help with plot.default

If I understand the problem then I think that this was
a mistake on my part.  I had it working and then made
a stupid change.

Try
--------------------------------------------
axis(2, at=0:3, labels=c("0","1","2","3"))

# and to make it look pretty

box()
