[R] R-OSX error: 'memory not mapped'

Hi,

I often get a following error with R

*** caught segfault ***
address 0x78807e00, cause 'memory not mapped'

Possible actions:
1: abort (with core dump)
2: normal R exit
3: exit R without saving workspace
4: exit R saving workspace

The system is OSX 4.9 and R-version 2.4.1.

Is there something to d0?
