[R] Installation difficulty with "rimage"

Ah, but it needs to be in /usr/include or /usr/local/include for the
package to find it.

My FC3 system has RPMs libjpeg-6b-33 and libjpeg-devel-6b-33. If you
install those all your paths should be as you need them.
