[R] integers to POSIXct

Here are a few ways:
now <- Sys.time()
Epoch <- now - as.numeric(now)
i + Epoch
structure(i, class = c("POSIXt", "POSIXct"))
class(i) <- c("POSIXt", "POSIXct")
