[R] installing SciViews

Hi,
I try to install SciViews but don't see why I didn't succeed. In fact, 
when I double click on the SciViews_0.8-9.zip file I only decompress but 
there is no installer that starts. I also looked into decompressed 
folders and found no install.exe or anything that might start an install 
process.

I guess I miss something.
