[R] Misalignment of secondary axis on boxplot

Ah, I see. This is not that easy, I'd try something like:
par(lend=1)
bp <- boxplot(g~f,ylab="",xlab="",main="")
pu <- par("usr")
temp <- 0.05*diff(range(s.f))
par("usr" = c(pu[1:2], min(s.f)-temp, max(s.f)+temp))
