[R] missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

Hi Petr,
You are correct. There was an NA in BinMatrix. I
made the mistake of only looking at the earlier
entries. My problem was in this loop
for (i in 2:BinCnt)
{
BinMatrix[i,1]=BinMatrix[i-1,2]
BinMatrix[i,2]=BinMatrix[i,2]+Increment
}
It should have been
for (i in 2:BinCnt)
{
BinMatrix[i,1]=BinMatrix[i-1,2]
BinMatrix[i,2]=BinMatrix[i,1]+Increment
}
