Yes, you are right, you can simply specify it in Rprofile.site as in:


options(repos = c(CRAN = "http://umfragen.sowi.uni-mainz.de/CRAN",
                   CRANextra = "http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin"))
