[R] R 2.3.0 OS X Binary

Nope.  I've never even used tcltk (to my knowledge!).

Oddly, I can't find any error messages anywhere.  Even when I try to  
launch R GUI with the OS X Console utility open, nothing is being  
reported (that I can find).
