[R] Building RGL for R-2.3 for Tiger 10.4.6 on PPC

I don't use a Mac (or any other Unix-like), but presumably this is a 
configuration issue.  There are some command line options in RGL's 
configure script to specify where to look for the OpenGL libraries, and 
it looks as though you need to use them.

If you have experience working with configure scripts and notice 
something missing from RGL's which is causing this, let me or Daniel 
Adler know, and we'll fix it for the next release.
