[R] Problem with the cluster package

As 'Recommended package',  it is part of R, so you already it
with your version of R [which you didn't tell us].

If possible, get R 2.3.0 (released yesterday) and you get the
latest version of 'cluster' working well.

Alternatively, in an older version of R,
or   install.packages("cluster")

definitely need more details about what you have and what
exactly you did, etc.
