[R] R CMD check for packages in a bundle

I do too. Having a DESCRIPTION.in is irrelevant: having a Contains: line
in DESCRIPTION is the test used.
Can we please read the posting guide and not use R-help for
'questions and discussion about code development in R'
which is the description of the R-devel list.
