[R] Windows binary version of port_0.1-1 available

In an earlier message today I mentioned that a source package with a
version of nlminb for R was available as

http://www.stat.wisc.edu/~bates/port_0.1-1.tar.gz

Thanks to Kjetil Halvorsen there is now a Windows binary version
available as

http://www.stat.wisc.edu/~bates/port_0.1-1.zip
