It seems that the links have changed so that the part of the
url that reads:

	http:maths.newcastle.edu.au/~rking

needs to be replaced with:

	http://tolstoy.newcastle.edu.au

That is, the link has changed from:

	http://maths.newcastle.edu.au/~rking/R/help/04/02/1168.html
to:
	http://tolstoy.newcastle.edu.au/R/help/04/02/1168.html
