If you search the functions in 
http://finzi.psych.upenn.edu/nmz.html
or just use
RSiteSearch("kappa",restrict="functions")
then you will find several ways to compute kappa (assuming that
it is the same kappa we're talking about).
The first one I looked at (kappa2 in irr) yields a p value.

I'm not sure that this is what you are asking, though.
