[R] heatmap help

I believe you want to pass the (symmetric) matrix as is, rather than wrapped
in as.dist(). E.g.,
x <- as.matrix(dist(matrix(rnorm(100), 20, 5)))
heatmap(x, symm=TRUE, scale="none")
