Hello,
in the function ttda.segmentation of ttda

i use:
#compute occurences
occurences <- unlist(strsplit(textlines[1:length(textlines)],
grep.sep, TRUE))
#delete empty lines
occurences <- occurences[nchar(occurences) > 0]
