1) Read README.packages, carefully.
2) Apply what you read to the sample package `windlgs' that ships with the
source-package files component of the install. E.g.
Rcmd INSTALL /path/to/windlgs
Or by `build' did you mean `write'? (If so there are 412 example packages
on CRAN.)
