	The so-called ``EM algorithm'' is ***NOT*** an
	algorithm.  It is a methodology or a unifying concept.
	It would be impossible to ``implement'' it.  (Except
	possibly by means of some extremely advanced and
	sophisticated Artificial Intelligence software.)
