Hello group.
I am trying to install fdim on my win2000 os. this
command is giving error and I feel I am not using it
correctly, could some one show me why. 

install.packages(fdim, 
"C:\Program Files\R\rw1081\library" , 
CRAN = "http://cran.r-project.org", 
"internal", 
available = NULL, 
destdir = "C:\Program Files\R\rw1081\library",
installWithVers = FALSE)
