[R] RMysql installation problem. / Problem solved!

It works!!!! 

with:
R CMD INSTALL --configure-args='--with-mysql-dir="/home/arabidopsis/software/R1.9.1/linux/mysql/"' RMySQL_0.5-5.tar.gz

dunno why.
