[R] cannot print/save graphics.

You have to have postscript("foo.eps", ..) before you issue the plot
commands and isuue a dev.off() at the end.
If you want to copy the plot graph to a postscript driver use
dev.copy2eps(file="foo.eps")
?dev.print
?postscript
